Spin & Let Go allows teams to submit registration requests for various skill-based esports tournaments. Submitting a request indicates your team's intent to compete but is subject to organizer approval. You may review and modify your submitted roster details through your account dashboard at any point prior to the tournament's official roster lock date.
Cancellation
If your team is no longer able to compete, you may cancel your registration request directly through our platform. Cancellations must be submitted before the roster lock deadline to ensure organizers can adjust brackets and invite waitlisted teams. Repeated failure to show up for tournaments without prior cancellation may result in restrictions on future registration requests.
No Payment Through Site
Spin & Let Go functions purely as a directory and registration facilitator. We do not collect entry fees, process payments, or hold financial deposits on this platform. All listed prize pools are transparently sponsor-funded or managed directly by the verified tournament organizers. Therefore, traditional monetary refunds are not applicable through our site.
Provider Policies
In the event that a verified organizer requires external registration completion or collects fees on their own independent platform, their specific refund and cancellation policies will apply. Spin & Let Go is not responsible for mediating financial disputes between players and third-party organizers. We advise reading all official rulesets carefully before committing to external platforms.
Roster Locks
To maintain competitive integrity and fair bracket seeding, all tournaments feature a strict roster lock deadline. Once this date has passed, no further cancellations, player substitutions, or team name modifications can be processed through the Spin & Let Go platform. Any emergency changes after this point must be directed to the specific tournament administrators.
